Monitoring of security diallers

Do you have an intruder alarm or a fire panel on your premises? Maybe you’re a school, a shop, a community facility or a local business.

If so, is your alarm or fire panel monitored? If an alarm is activated how do you find out about it?

At Forestcare we can monitor all the security diallers on your property. This may be just a single alarm or could be multiple fire panels and alarms.

Our control centre is open 24 hours a day / 365 days a year, so can provide a monitoring service day and night.

Any alarm call coming through to us is dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. Based on the information and procedures you provide us with we will take appropriate action to resolve any alarm activation.

Forestcare is accredited to the TSA (Telecare Services Association) and all staff members are trained to a high standard of customer care.

Please note, you can buy the Security Dialler Service as a stand alone option and do not need the Key Holder Service, although it is recommended.
