This is a fun, relaxed group for people experiencing mental health problems. This group is provided free by mental health charity Sport In Mind. Your local representative is Laura

Time: 2pm - lasting between 30 and 60 minutes

Where to meet: South Hill Park - meet outside the main reception in the courtyard

Tai Chi for mental wellbeing - Fridays at 11am

This is a fun, casual drop-in Tai chi for people experiencing mental health problems. This group is provided free by mental health charity Sport In Mind. Your local representative is Laura

When: every Friday

Time: 11am to midday

Where to meet: South Hill Park - meet around the back of the building on the lawn in front of the cafe
