Customer update on coronavirus
Due to the limited services currently available at our libraries, leisure sites and Time Square, we have temporarily changed the process for applying for an e+ card.
Please visit our leisure service update page for details.
Before we can update personal details such as name or address on your e+ record you will need to provide the following information:
- your name
- your e+ card number
- the address we currently have recorded for you
- documentary proof of any changed information - for example, a recent bill, official letter or driving licence
If you are updating your photo please supply a recent, good quality, passport-style head and shoulders image.

You can log into your e+ account to update details such as your telephone number and email address.
